Casino Action Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern access to and use of Casino Action, including Player Accounts, casino games, bonuses, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, responsible gambling tools and other services associated with the platform (“Services”).
Casino Action is a brand managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, with its registered address at Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands.
Casino Action states that it operates under a licence issued by the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission in Canada under licence number 00972.
These Terms apply whenever a Player registers an Account, deposits funds, participates in casino games, claims a promotion or otherwise uses the Services.
They should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, promotional conditions, payment rules and any additional conditions applicable to particular games or Services.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating a Casino Action Account or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any provision, you should not register an Account, deposit funds or participate in real-money gameplay.
Players should review the Terms periodically because Casino Action may amend, replace or remove provisions in response to operational, regulatory, technical or security requirements.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms are published may constitute acceptance of those changes.
3. English Version
Casino Action may make its Terms available in several languages.
Translations are provided for convenience, but the English-language version is identified by Casino Action as the governing version.
If there is a conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the English Terms and a translated version, the English version may take priority subject to any mandatory law that applies to the Player.
4. Casino Action Operator and Licence
Casino Action is managed by Fresh Horizons Limited.
The Casino states that it is licensed under the regulatory framework of the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission under licence number 00972.
The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission regulates interactive gaming conducted under its jurisdiction and lists Casino Action among the authorised URLs associated with Fresh Horizons Limited.
A Kahnawà:ke licence should not, however, automatically be interpreted as authorisation under every Canadian provincial gaming framework.
5. Canadian Regulatory Position
Online gambling regulation in Canada involves both federal criminal law and provincial gaming frameworks.
The availability and legal status of a particular online gambling service can therefore depend on the province or territory in which the Player is physically located.
Players are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to them before registering, depositing or participating in real-money games.
Technical access to Casino Action from Canada does not itself establish that the platform is regulated or authorised by the Player’s provincial gaming authority.
6. Ontario Players
Ontario operates a regulated competitive online gaming market through iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
Regulated private operators must be registered and operate within Ontario’s authorised framework.
Casino Action is not currently included in iGaming Ontario’s published directory of regulated gaming websites.
Players physically located in Ontario should therefore distinguish Casino Action’s Kahnawà:ke licence from registration and operation under Ontario’s regulated iGaming market.
The minimum age for regulated casino and iGaming participation in Ontario is 19.
7. Québec Players
Québec applies its own provincial gaming framework.
Loto-Québec’s Espacejeux service requires online gaming customers to be at least 18 years old, residents of Québec and physically located in the province when accessing the service.
Loto-Québec describes its own platform as the province’s legal and locally regulated online casino and sports betting service.
A Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission licence should therefore not be treated as equivalent to authorisation by Loto-Québec or the Québec provincial gaming system.
8. Other Canadian Provinces and Territories
Gaming rules differ across Canada.
Players outside Ontario and Québec should review the rules applicable in their own province or territory before using an offshore or independently licensed online casino.
The Casino does not guarantee that every Service, payment method, game or promotion is legally available in every Canadian location.
A Player must stop using any Service if participation would violate applicable law or a binding regulatory restriction.
9. Minimum Gambling Age
Casino Action does not permit participation by anyone below the legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction.
The legal age is not identical across Canada.
For example, online casino participation is generally restricted to persons aged 19 or older in Ontario, while Québec’s regulated online gaming service uses an 18+ requirement.
Players must satisfy the legal age requirement that applies where they are located.
Casino Action may request documentary proof of age at any time.
10. Underage Gambling
A person below the applicable legal gambling age must not register an Account or use another person’s Account to gamble.
Players must not provide false birth dates, altered documents or identity information belonging to another individual.
Where Casino Action determines that an Account has been operated by an underage person, the Account may be terminated.
The Casino’s current Terms also provide that winnings associated with underage play may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable regulatory process.
11. Player Eligibility
A Player must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
The Player must also be legally permitted to participate in online gambling from their location.
Casino Action does not intend its Services to enable anyone to circumvent national, provincial, territorial or other applicable laws.
Each Player accepts responsibility for determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
12. Geographic Restrictions
Casino Action may restrict registration or gameplay from certain jurisdictions.
Additional restrictions may also be imposed by payment providers, game suppliers or regulatory authorities.
A game appearing in the Casino lobby does not necessarily mean that every Player is eligible to use it.
The Casino may introduce new geographic restrictions or remove particular Services from a jurisdiction where required.
13. VPNs and Location Information
Players should not deliberately falsify their location in order to access a Service that is unavailable or restricted in their jurisdiction.
The use of false residential information, manipulated geolocation or other methods intended to evade legal or provider restrictions may trigger Account review.
Casino Action may request proof of residence or other documentation where a Player’s location cannot be satisfactorily established.
14. Account Registration
A Player must register an Account before participating in Casino Action real-money gaming.
All information supplied during registration must be accurate and complete.
Registration information may include the Player’s legal name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number and other information reasonably required to administer the Account.
The Player must not register using another person’s identity.
15. One Account per Player
Casino Action generally permits each Player to operate only one Account.
Creating multiple Accounts to obtain repeated signup bonuses, avoid Account restrictions or conceal previous activity is prohibited.
Where multiple Accounts are identified, Casino Action may suspend or close the associated Accounts.
Winnings obtained through prohibited multiple-account activity may also be reviewed or confiscated under the applicable Terms.
16. Updating Account Information
Players must keep their registration information current.
Changes to a residential address, email address, telephone number or other important information should be reported to Casino Action customer support.
The Casino may request additional evidence before changing sensitive Account details.
A withdrawal may be delayed if the information associated with the Account does not correspond with verification or payment records.
17. Account Security
Players are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords and other authentication information.
Casino Action may treat activity performed after valid login credentials have been entered as activity authorised through the registered Account.
Players should not disclose their credentials to family members, friends or other third parties.
If a Player suspects that their Account has been compromised, Casino Action should be informed immediately.
18. Biometric Login
Where biometric login is available, the Player should register only their own biometric information on the relevant device.
The Player remains responsible for ensuring that another person’s fingerprint, face or other biometric credentials cannot be used to access the Casino Account.
Casino Action states that biometric information used for login may remain stored on the Player’s own device rather than being independently verified by the Casino.
19. Verification Procedure
Casino Action may request verification documents after deposits, before withdrawals or whenever verification is reasonably required.
The Casino may request proof of identity, proof of residential address and proof of ownership of payment methods.
Suitable identity documents may include a passport, driver’s licence or government-issued identity card.
Proof of address may include a bank statement or utility bill that is generally no more than three months old.
20. Additional Verification
Documents must be clear, complete and readable.
Casino Action may reject documents that appear altered, obstructed, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable for verification.
In some circumstances, the Casino may require documents to be certified by a notary or another recognised professional.
Additional evidence can be requested until the Casino is reasonably satisfied with the Player’s identity and payment ownership.
21. Failed Verification
If Casino Action reasonably suspects that false documents or misleading information have been supplied, verification may fail.
The Casino may then refuse a pending withdrawal, suspend the Account or terminate the Account in accordance with its Terms.
Players should therefore ensure that Account information corresponds with their legal identity and financial records.
22. Anti-Money Laundering Requirements
Casino Action must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, payment fraud or movement of unlawfully obtained funds.
The Casino may perform identity, financial-account, source-of-funds and other due diligence checks.
Players must provide reasonable information requested as part of those checks.
Failure to cooperate can result in deposits or withdrawals being restricted and the Account being suspended or closed.
23. Casino Action Is Not a Financial Institution
A Casino Action Account is intended for gambling activity rather than ordinary banking or investment purposes.
The Casino does not pay interest on money held in Player Accounts, including deposits or pending withdrawals.
Players must not use the Casino to conduct currency arbitrage or exploit exchange-rate differences for financial gain.
Casino Action may review and remove gains obtained through deliberate currency arbitrage.
24. Deposits
Players may deposit using the payment methods available in their Casino cashier.
Available methods can differ according to location, currency, payment provider and Account status.
Casino Action may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits.
A Player is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available when a deposit is initiated and when the relevant financial institution processes the transaction.
25. Payment Method Ownership
A financial account used to deposit or withdraw funds should belong to the registered Player.
Casino Action may request proof that a card, bank account, e-wallet or other financial account is held in the Player’s name.
Payments involving a different person may be investigated.
The Casino may suspend an Account or review associated winnings where payment ownership cannot be satisfactorily established.
26. Third-Party Funding
Players should not arrange for another person to fund their Casino Account.
Where several Players use financial accounts funded from a common suspicious source, Casino Action may investigate the activity for potential payment fraud or collusion.
Transfers between individual Casino Action Player Accounts are prohibited.
27. Deposit Fees
Casino Action states that it does not normally charge Players directly for making deposits.
However, banks, payment processors or financial intermediaries may apply their own charges.
Foreign exchange fees can also arise where a Player deposits in a currency different from the currency used by their financial institution.
Players are responsible for checking external fees before confirming a transaction.
28. Canadian Dollars
Canadian Players may encounter CAD-denominated casino and payment options depending on the version of the platform and payment method available.
Where a transaction requires conversion between currencies, exchange-rate costs may apply.
Players should confirm the currency of their Casino Account before depositing.
A display in Canadian dollars should not be interpreted as confirmation that Casino Action is regulated by a particular Canadian province.
29. Cash and Bonus Balances
Casino Action separates Account funds into cash and bonus balances.
Cash funds and bonus funds may be subject to different wagering and withdrawal rules.
Bonus money cannot ordinarily be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied and the promotional amount has converted to eligible cash.
Players should understand which balance is being used before placing wagers.
30. Signup Bonuses
Casino Action may offer promotional bonuses to newly registered Players.
The exact offer available can change and should be confirmed on the Casino website when the Player registers.
The Casino’s Terms currently provide that the signup promotion may involve the first several qualifying deposits.
A Player must satisfy the specific promotional conditions before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
31. First and Second Deposit Bonus Wagering
Under Casino Action’s current published Terms, the first-deposit and second-deposit bonus balances are subject to a 200× play-through requirement before the relevant bonus balance converts to cash.
This requirement applies to the bonus structure specified by the Casino and should be reviewed carefully before a promotion is accepted.
Withdrawing the associated deposited cash before completing the applicable bonus requirements may result in remaining bonus funds being forfeited.
32. Later Bonus Wagering
Under the current Casino Action Terms, bonuses credited from the third qualifying deposit onward are generally subject to a 30× play-through requirement before they can be converted into cash.
Wagering conditions may change when the Casino modifies a promotion.
The conditions shown for the specific bonus at the time of participation should therefore also be reviewed.
33. Game Contribution to Wagering
Not every game contributes equally toward promotional wagering.
Casino Action currently states that slot wagers generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
Table games such as blackjack, roulette, poker and baccarat, together with live casino and other specified game types, generally contribute only 2%.
Certain games may contribute nothing.
The contribution assigned to newly released games may be determined by Casino Action.
34. Irregular Promotional Play
Casino Action may withhold withdrawals or promotional winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in irregular play designed primarily to exploit bonus conditions.
Examples under the current Terms include certain unusually large wagers relative to the bonus, minimum-risk or hedge betting, prohibited doubling strategies and misuse of autoplay to satisfy wagering.
Players should review the specific bonus rules before changing bet size or game type.
35. Promotion Limits
Promotions are generally limited to one qualifying claim per Player and can also be restricted by household, family, device, address, email address, financial account, IP address or shared network.
Attempts to claim the same promotion repeatedly may result in associated winnings being confiscated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple promotions cannot normally be combined.
36. Promotion Expiry
Casino Action may impose expiry periods on promotional bonuses and prizes.
The current general promotion rules state that unused promotional bonuses or prizes may be forfeited after 60 days in relevant circumstances.
Players should review the conditions of each offer rather than assuming that a bonus remains available indefinitely.
37. Casino Games
Casino Action provides casino games that may include slots, table games, video poker, jackpot products and other game categories.
Game availability can depend on location, software supplier and device compatibility.
Players are responsible for reviewing the rules and betting limits of each game before placing wagers.
38. Wager Acceptance
A wager becomes valid only when accepted by the Casino’s server.
Information displayed before server acceptance should not necessarily be treated as confirmation that a bet has been placed.
Casino Action may refuse or limit a wager at its discretion where permitted under the applicable Terms.
If a wager is declared void, the relevant stake may be returned to the Casino Account.
39. Use of Bots and Prohibited Software
Players must not use software or hardware intended to alter or influence casino game outcomes.
Malicious software, exploitation of bugs and unauthorised automated tools are prohibited.
Casino Action’s current Terms also identify the use of virtual machines in certain circumstances as prohibited activity where they are used to manipulate gameplay or deceive the Casino.
Winnings obtained through prohibited technical methods may be confiscated.
40. Technical Malfunctions
Online casino games rely on software, devices, internet connections and external infrastructure.
If a system or communication error affects random-number generation, wager settlement or another essential part of a game, Casino Action may void affected wagers.
A malfunction may also result in related payouts being cancelled.
Players should report known technical errors rather than attempt to exploit them.
41. Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of eligible funds through methods made available in the cashier.
Casino Action may apply minimum and maximum limits at transaction, daily, weekly or monthly level.
Limits can vary according to the Player’s country and withdrawal method.
Verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is released.
42. Withdrawal Currency Conversion
Where a withdrawal must be processed in a currency different from the currency of the Casino Account, Casino Action currently states that conversion is based on the applicable interbank market rate together with a 2.5% currency conversion fee.
Additional charges imposed by payment providers or banks may also apply.
43. Direct Bank Transfer Fees
Casino Action’s current Terms specify fees for certain Direct Bank Transfer withdrawals.
The published fee structure uses USD, EUR and GBP denominations and varies according to the transaction amount.
Canadian Players should check the cashier for the applicable payment method, currency and fee rather than assuming a CAD equivalent.
44. Pending Withdrawal Period
Casino Action currently states that withdrawn funds are normally held in a pending state for 48 hours.
After the pending period has passed, the withdrawal may be processed on the following business day.
A Player may be able to reverse some or all of a withdrawal before it has been processed.
Once payment has been released, the final arrival time depends on the financial institution or payment provider.
45. Verification Before Withdrawal
Casino Action may postpone processing until identity and payment verification has been satisfactorily completed.
The Casino may request verification even where previous deposits were processed without additional documentation.
A successful deposit therefore does not guarantee that a later withdrawal will be completed without KYC review.
46. Weekly Payout Limit
Casino Action’s current Terms state that Players who win a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos may be limited to withdrawals of up to $4,000 per week.
The Casino reserves discretion to increase or decrease the weekly payout amount depending on relevant circumstances.
Additional payment-provider or banking limits may also apply.
47. Payment Processing Delays
Once Casino Action releases a withdrawal, funds may still take additional time to arrive.
Processing can depend on the chosen payment method, bank, e-wallet, intermediary institution and currency.
Casino Action does not control all delays that occur after funds have been released to an external provider.
48. Chargebacks and Disputed Deposits
Players must not improperly dispute, reverse or charge back deposits they knowingly authorised.
Casino Action’s current payment rules allow it to review winnings and balances associated with repudiated, recalled, disputed or charged-back deposits.
Casino Rewards network Accounts may also be restricted where serious payment disputes occur.
49. Dormant Accounts
Casino Action may classify an Account as dormant where the Player has not deposited, withdrawn or placed a wager for a period determined under the Casino’s policy.
The current Terms provide that balances may be removed from a dormant Account within a maximum period of up to 60 days after the relevant dormancy action.
Bonus funds may be forfeited.
Eligible cash funds may be restored on request after satisfactory security and identity verification.
50. Responsible Gambling
Casino Action states that gambling should be treated as entertainment and recognises that gambling can become harmful.
Responsible gambling tools include cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and deposit limits.
Players should only gamble with money they can afford to lose and should avoid chasing previous losses.
Borrowing money or using essential household funds for gambling should be avoided.
51. Cooling-Off Periods
Casino Action currently offers cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
During a cooling-off period, access to gambling Services may be restricted according to the applicable responsible gambling procedure.
A temporary break may be appropriate where a Player feels that gambling is becoming difficult to control.
52. Self-Exclusion
Casino Action currently provides a six-month self-exclusion period under its Responsible Gambling rules.
Players who request self-exclusion should not attempt to circumvent the restriction by opening another Account.
The Casino may take steps to identify Accounts associated with an excluded Player.
Self-exclusion should be treated as a meaningful gambling-control measure rather than a temporary promotional restriction.
53. Canadian Responsible Gambling Support
Canadian Players experiencing gambling-related harm should consider using independent support resources available in their province or territory.
Local gaming authorities and provincial responsible gambling organisations can provide information about counselling, self-exclusion and other support services.
A Player does not need to experience severe financial losses before seeking assistance.
Difficulty stopping, repeated chasing of losses, secrecy or gambling-related financial stress can all be reasons to seek support.
54. Account Suspension and Closure
Casino Action may suspend or close an Account where it identifies unauthorised use, security concerns or a material breach of the Terms.
The Casino may also restrict Accounts while verification or compliance investigations are being conducted.
Players may request voluntary closure by contacting the Casino Support Centre.
Outstanding payment, verification or security matters may need to be resolved before eligible funds can be released.
55. Player-Initiated Account Closure
A Player wishing to close their Casino Action Account should contact customer support.
Account closure is different from self-exclusion.
A standard closure is an administrative action, while self-exclusion is specifically intended as a responsible gambling measure.
Players experiencing gambling-control problems should consider requesting the appropriate responsible gambling restriction rather than relying solely on ordinary Account closure.
56. Customer Support
Casino Action identifies [email protected] as its Casino Support Centre email address.
Players can use customer support for Account, verification, payment or complaint-related matters.
When contacting support, Players should provide enough information to identify the relevant transaction or Account issue.
Passwords, complete payment card credentials and other unnecessary sensitive information should not be sent by email.
57. Complaints and Disputes
Players should first submit disputes or complaints directly to Casino Action.
The Casino’s current Terms state that complaints or claims should be submitted within six months of the relevant issue occurring.
Players should retain relevant screenshots, payment confirmations, game records and correspondence while a complaint is being investigated.
58. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Casino Action identifies eCOGRA as its Alternative Dispute Resolution entity for eligible unresolved disputes.
Where Casino Action and the Player cannot resolve a complaint internally, the matter may be referred through the applicable ADR process.
Players should follow the dispute procedure in effect when the complaint arises.
59. Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission Complaints
Casino Action’s current Terms also permit Players to contact the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission regarding complaints.
The Casino currently publishes [email protected] as the relevant Commission contact address.
Players should normally retain records of their attempts to resolve the issue with Casino Action before escalating a complaint.
60. Privacy and Player Data
Casino Action collects and processes information necessary to operate Accounts, provide games, process payments, verify Players and maintain security.
Its current Terms also contain provisions relating to the analysis of gameplay data, behavioural patterns and other Player information.
Where applicable law requires specific consent for a particular type of processing, Casino Action states that such consent will be requested.
Players should review the Casino’s Privacy Policy for detailed information about data processing and retention.
61. Tax and Legal Advice
Casino Action does not provide personal tax or legal advice.
Canadian Players are responsible for determining whether any tax or reporting obligations apply to their particular circumstances.
Anyone requiring a definitive assessment should seek advice from a qualified Canadian tax or legal professional.
62. Limitation of Liability
Casino Action does not guarantee uninterrupted access to games, payment services or other website functionality.
Interruptions can arise from internet failures, device problems, payment-provider outages or software errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Casino may limit responsibility for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as removing a mandatory legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
63. Changes to Casino Services
Casino Action may modify its software, games, websites, system requirements, promotions or other Services.
Payment methods and game providers can also change.
The availability of a particular Service when a Player registers does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.
64. Changes to These Terms
Casino Action reserves the right to revise its Terms.
Players should review the latest version before making significant deposits, activating bonuses or requesting withdrawals.
The Casino may also notify Players of material changes by email.
Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
65. Severability
If a court or regulatory authority determines that one provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement should continue to apply where legally possible.
An invalid provision may be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended purpose while complying with applicable law.
66. Canadian Players and Provincial Regulation
Canadian Players should not assume that Casino Action’s Kahnawà:ke licence creates uniform legal status across every Canadian province.
Ontario operates its own regulated iGaming framework, while Québec and other provinces maintain their own gaming structures.
Players should therefore check the current rules applicable where they are physically located before depositing or participating in real-money gaming.
Provincial regulatory requirements take priority where they are legally applicable to the Player or operator.
67. Final Acceptance
By registering or continuing to use Casino Action where legally permitted, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
You confirm that you meet the legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction and that the information supplied through your Account is accurate.
You acknowledge that casino gambling involves a genuine risk of financial loss and that winnings are never guaranteed.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulatory requirements that apply in your Canadian province or territory.
Before making a deposit, claiming a promotion or requesting a withdrawal, Players should review the current Casino Action Terms, payment conditions and applicable provincial gambling rules.
